It doesn't even deserve one star for real use in domestic installations. This may keep your 7 year old away from your toilet, but don't expect more. If you don't understand the term luggage lock, look it up online. The tolerances of this lock are so bad that both the keys supplied and the real Schlage SC1 keys simply dangle in the cylinder. The chunk on what I got was less than pathetic, 34434, which is almost a flat line. In fact, these locks have such poor tolerances that I could open them with other keys, which were completely different shapes, just by shaking them. There are no security pins, so the bump keys will open them instantly, and in the case of the one I have, it will open it without hitting. The bottom line is, don't buy this if you expect it to provide some sort of home security. This is a toy and no more than what I expected when I bought it for $7.50.
