Review on MUSCLE FEAST Highly Branched Cyclic Dextrin: Ultimate Pre/Post-Workout Supplement - Mix with Ease, Gluten-Free, Safe and Pure (5lbs, Unflavored) by Heather Preston

First off, I've been a regular bodybuilder/powerlifter for the past 10 years. I've been using carbs before and during workouts for years and have always used either dextrose or maltodextrin. I've had my eye on this carburetor for a while but never clicked on it because of the price. After some research on muscle consumption and curiosity about this carb, I decided to give it a try. I've used it in about 6 different workouts now, taking 1 scoop 10 minutes before pre-workout and then 1 scoop with some EAAs that I drink towards the end of the workout. And the boy makes this thing work. It works so well that I don't feel like I'm exercising too. To clarify, I'm used to a certain level of soreness after a hard workout and since taking it the soreness has either gone or gone down drastically. Can't wait to see how this plays out over time as I feel like I can work even harder and recover much faster. Blendability: This stuff blends great, it's a super fine fizzy powder, the other carbs I've used seem to be so dense this one feels fluffy like a cloud. Flavor: It's flavorless and I don't notice anything if I mix it with other flavored soups. Have yet to try it neat with some water, I'm sure there's an aftertaste, but it's mild and I didn't realize it was overpowering in any way. Value: The quantity for the price and the quality are second to none, it's more of a high-end supplement so you won't find it everywhere, but Muscle Feast offers great quality at an affordable price. Overall, I can't speak highly enough of this phenomenal carb, if that's what you're thinking about, do it. If you've never eaten carbs before or during a workout, give it a try and it's a key contributor to growth, strength and recovery.
