Review on Vainu by John Hall

I like that we have an in depth view of our pipeline, clients are very happy with how fast responses can be given! The system could use some more features (such as having multiple tabs open for different pipelines). Also it would help if there was way you couldn't save changes if something wasn’t correct or needed tweaking - sometimes even minor things need double checking before sending out so this helps keep us from just pressing send without thinking through first :) Great feature but definitely take time getting used too - makes sure all aspects of what's sent over has been reviewed thoroughly ahead of hitting button'send'.
