Review on πŸ”¨ BLACK+DECKER BDERO600 Randomized Actuation by Justin Pavelko

Revainrating 3 out of 5

The motor will stop for a long time when you release the button.

This grinder works reasonably well and the low profile makes it easy to use. But there are issues that keep me from recommending it: 1) It takes at least 5 seconds for the motor to come to a complete stop once you're done grinding. You cannot lower the tool all the way down, otherwise the rotating motion will cause it to wobble and jump. So you get stuck for 5 seconds every time you want to put the tool down, which is annoying and a waste of time. 2) The entire top of the grinder is a large button, and it is very easy to accidentally press it. . I often have to flip the lock switch while I'm working, and the switch is under your wrist when you're holding the tool, not next to your fingers. 3) The suction port does not fit the standard wet/dry vacuums. hose diameter. You need to buy (or make) an adapter to connect a shop vacuum. And you REALLY need a shop vacuum because the dust extraction is so-so and the collection bag is very flimsy. The thin plastic collar has warped and the fabric is slowly dissolving.
