Warranty forgotten when buying from Amazon

The plastic roller is broken. It had a lifetime warranty but when we contacted Dorman they asked me to contact Amazon customer service. I left messages but no reply. As a result, I had to buy in Autozone. Unfortunately, I did not have the opportunity to choose another brand.
