3 layers for knitting and crocheting only

I bought 3 packs of Country Blue and White. With the third track I noticed that it became much "thinner". Karon is a 4-ply yarn. As you will see in the photo. it's only 3 layers. So it has to be sent back. Suggestion: pull out from the center of the skin and check plys.
