Review on Valterra 6201 Gate Valve White by Justin Zilinskas

I bought several of these for use in a feed storage project on my small farm. The valves open and close easily and my kids can do it which is great. I don't know how they hold the liquid, but they hold the grain in place well until we turn on the faucet. There are some issues with closing the valves after the grain has been delivered, but that's mainly because they aren't being used for their intended purpose. (Some sand gets into the seal.) But they still close tight even if the flapper doesn't fully engage the seat/seal.
