Review on Pilot Bully CR600 Hitch Trucks by Troy Coste

I received the product and installed it on a 2020 F150. Overall I can say this is a great product and a fair price. A few questions. The manufacture of the hitch is a little loose for the recipient. I understand that this cannot be accurate to the millimeter, but there is some play in it. OK NOT MANUFACTURER OR SELLER. This is the third product sold and clearly used by AMAZON in about a month. The box it came in was open with two latches missing. The seal has not been preserved. If you look at the action piece leading to the receiver before inserting it into the receiver, there was no paint underneath as it had been scratched several times getting in and out of the receiver. The wrong black paint was also applied to hide signs of wear. Again, it's not the seller or manufacturer that's the problem, but it does create an uncomfortable feeling and make you wonder if the returned item will be billed as new.
