I have just left my last kitchen as a Su to work as a kitchen manager at a new a la minute bistro bakery that has opened downtown. It was a gift to me after working over 40 hours of overtime in the first opening week. I love this knife! I don't let anyone in the kitchen with her. Having used Wüsthof's top of the line model for the last ten years I never thought I would find a knife I like more but this MAC is amazing! Follow care instructions to the letter. Warning, this is probably one of the sharpest blades you will ever come across. Enjoy!
