We really like these straws. I mainly use them for iced coffee. So far they have no coffee residue or smell. We also use them for cocktails and although they're too wavy to stir the drink properly, the liquid gets into your mouth and that's the point! The colors are beautiful and it's handy that they come with a small storage/travel case and two cleaning brushes. A practical purchase that you can feel good about from an environmental point of view.
