The kit was complete and easy to install. Road bikes use new tubes with 28mm tires. Hose deflated, valve core removed with tool provided. I connected the parts of the tire sealant injector and screwed it to the valve. Squirt about 50-60 ml of Stans into the tube, turn the wheel slightly, then remove the injector, reinsert the core, aerate slightly and turn several times. The first time I did it was on the ground and wouldn't spin the wheel, only to squirt a bunch of sealant back and make a mess. I could swear I heard it sealed a tiny puncture on my last ride, but there was no mark on the outside of the tire or frame.
