Update: never the same after you wash it. I originally bought this particular product because I have a two-year-old and it was advertised as machine washable. This is barely the same rug that went into the washing machine highly disappointed. Buyer beware for sureOriginal: Really the rug is absolutely beautiful. I couldn't ask anything better for the price. It needs a little bit of padding but it still brings the total cost of the rug well under $200 for 10 by 7 1/2 in. My toddler adores that it's so soft I find her just laying on it. The cats are also huge fans they are generally floor dwelling cats but they come down to hang out on the rug. Honestly I love having it under my feet as well. And the rainbow add so much color to my living room
