I haven't had an oral irrigator for several years, mainly because after I last quit I tried to find another one and ended up sending back at least 4 leaking, or the tank was too small, or they just didn't have enough pressure. I gave up trying to find him, I was so upset. When I saw this one it looked promising and I am very happy to tell you that it works great! It has the big tank you want, they leak water pretty quickly, it doesn't leak at all, big YAY!, it has ten pressure settings and the highest setting is strong and perfect so I checked all my boxes but ate more. It has suction cups which is cool, it doesn't move at all when you pull on it. It has a lid that flips open to keep all the spare parts neat and organized, and the diagram showing what goes where is molded right into the plastic. The sink is easy to remove for filling and snaps securely into place, doesn't leak and even has a much longer cord than others I've tried. The only negative I can think of is that it's quite noisy, but I think my last one was the same, it sounds like a fast throbbing engine, but early in the morning it's more like a jackhammer so I'll leave the usage time for just that evenings I can live with that, it works really well and that's the main thing. If you've never used it before, make sure to lean over the sink, lower your head with your mouth almost closed, and move it around your teeth, allowing the water to flow out of your mouth. Even after you have brushed and flossed your teeth, you will still see missing particles. I love this one, I highly recommend it.
