This is a great material, much easier to use than the little junk boxes and a lot more economical. The box lasts me a year and I use it a lot. A sliding knife is better than a serrated knife because it doesn't require any downward force to cut the blade (but it does require you to release one hand to operate the slide). The box comes with some kind of sticky material on the bottom so it theoretically sticks to the counter. Sometimes the boxes warped a bit in transit and I had to put a bead of silicone sealant on the bottom and let it dry for 24 hours before using it. Lots of space. The foil seems to be a little thinner than in previous years and if there's a slight breeze when peeling it off, it can flip over and be difficult to detach (I usually give up and pull the other piece out more carefully).
