That's the only big problem with this hub. It's a crap shoot with whatever computer/PC/input socket it may have when received. We need them with a mini USB PC connector, not a micro USB PC connector which some of them have included with orders this year. With the right connector, it meets our needs and works well. When Office Depot (manufacturer/manufacturer) asked about this, there was a tremendous waste of time regarding the part number to only protect the device they wanted. To date and after about 20 emails no solution has been reached. So I will roll the dice when I place another order for them. I actually find the hub to be well built and a good match for the hardware being used. Just plug it into the type of PC USB port you are using.
