It's a coil it works

How do you measure 30000V+? I think you need some kind of scope, right? I don't have one, but the coil gives a strong stable spark. I hooked it up to an unknown Hong Kong brand igniter, removed the resistance, increased the spacing by a few thousandths and so far so good. It seems that the force has led me in the right direction.
