Well grounded when I connected a wire

as advertised, I drilled two 3/16 holes and riveted them to the sheet metal with 3/16x1/2 large flanged aluminum rivets. Usually grounded when I connected the only wire. The light is bright for an incandescent bulb but NOT for an LED.
