I love this griddle/grille! It is so versatile. I love the weight of if, the fit in my gas range,and most of all the easy clean up. I used it to make a while breakfast at one time. I started my bacon (3 strips) after first pre-warming the griddle using both the front and back eyes. I put my bacon on the back leaving the front part to cook my eggs and toast. Couldn't get any easier than that. Oh. and my bacon stayed straight and did not lol bacon grease out on my stove or ever stick. Nothing sticks! This is wonderful! My best purchase ever!
