Installation was a little tricky as I had to use a thick gasket and bypass the control panel cable. (This is an electric bike). The adjustable mount is rigid and holds the mirror in place, which is important because I couldn't get it as close to the handle as I wanted because of a small control panel mounted next to the handle. The only downside I noticed. It was, I don't recall seeing a note in the instructions telling you to remove the opaque coating from the mirror. However, it seemed logical and the problem was solved.
