I was impressed that I removed all the parts and wood pieces with wood and varnished and presented finished. I used to buy and assemble a lot of furniture with my own hands, so this should have been a piece of cake. I thought! When attempting to assemble the first two pieces, I found it difficult to insert one of the locks into the hole provided. Well, the hole wasn't drilled deep enough to put the camlock all the way in. When I called customer service I was told only fittings needed replacing and if there was a problem with wood it would have to be returned to the seller! BIG! I still have most of the package it came in and have issued a refund/replacement with Revain. Granted, Revain makes it easy to return items. The challenge, however, was putting everything back in the box it came in. Such a pain! Let's hope the next one gets done right. If the next one is good, I'll be happy to raise the rating. FOLLOW-UP: Received replacement and reassembled with no issues. This table had a crack in the top near the back. Thought I could live with that - the rip adds a bit of character. For the price I can accept a few minor blemishes and am upgrading my rating from 2 to 4 stars as it looks really great painted and finished. I love these items so much that I have purchased additional items and I am happy with them as well.
