Finally set up in a temporary configuration. I'll put everything in a box. I bought it for brewing beer although it can be used for many other purposes. I just set it up and am absolutely blown away as I write this. I like the bright readings and the ability to change the temperature without opening the device. Pros: Works great. Easy setup. the fact that I needed a 1/2" NPT thermocouple. Mine is bad. And easy to fix. The solid state relay runs a little warm. No big deal, I added a larger heatsink and some thermal paste. very happy and will will be buying a second one for my HLT very soon.Thanks again Ink-Bird for another useful product at an affordable price.
