I was very, very excited about this unit. However, when I tried it on my car's seat belt, it didn't fit. My car is an older 2000 model. I don't know if this is specific to this model or older cars in general, but I noticed that the metal buckle on my seat belt was rectangular, while this product was more square. ish. At first I felt a bit down, confused as to why this wasn't working for me. However, I didn't stop there. One of my parents has a slightly newer van, probably 2009-2012. When I tried it on my seat belt it worked GREAT! Absolutely perfect! After my little discoveries about the buckle differences in the first car, it wasn't much of a surprise to see a second buckle with a squarer, squarer shape, I figured this product should work properly. So, for those with a newer car that can drive this product, you're in luck! This steering wheel seat belt buckle is very easy to learn. It's very intuitive with a cool, innovative design. As many reviews say, this thing's material will also be difficult to break. Were it not for the fact that this is NOT universal to all vehicles as stated, I would give this product 5 stars. I might keep it anyway if I ever get a new car. Just take a look!
