This article should not be missing in your kitchen. I used it to make salsa two days after purchasing it and it has reduced my salsa prep time that takes at least 30 minutes to 5 minutes. I also quickly sliced tomatoes and avocados for burgers. i already love it Cleaning takes a bit as you have to make sure each slot is clean and you have to be careful as the blades are sharp, but it's totally worth it! Like I said, straight out of the box, it works like a charm! If the blades become dull or something goes wrong I will update my review so you at least have an idea of how long the product lasts, but if you don't see an update to the review it's because it still works like a charm. Also, I would recommend getting 11 pieces as they aren't much more expensive than 7 pieces and have more blades, but if you can only get 7 pieces I'm sure they will work just as well as 11th pieces.
