I've only used it once so far, but it was exactly what I needed. My young daughter wanted to go camping, but she didn't want to sleep "with bugs" in a tent on the ground. It was a relatively inexpensive way to introduce them to camping at their leisure. The tent fit well on the back of my 2012 Toyota Highlander and it was an amazing view waking up on the lake just inside the screen door. We had no wind or rain so can't comment on that but this product was easy to set up, as strong as any other tent and well positioned to get onto the back of an SUV. There was also an air mattress that we slept on. We didn't invest in an expensive mattress made specifically for the back of an SUV, I just got a full size $10 mattress that fit the space when we blew it up. I also bought mesh covers for the tailgate and sunroof windows so we have good ventilation.
