Carafe design is terrible
The coffee is great but the carafe design is terrible. I'm left-handed and I find it very difficult to fill the tank, but my main problem is that I can't pour all the water from the carafe into the water tank. The carafe lid doesn't seem to be as tight as it should be after just 1 month of use. It snaps onto the handle rather than the traditional design.
