I bought this to keep my wheels from moving when I carry my bike on a rack in the back of my car. This set comes in packs of 4 (enough for 2 bikes x 2 bikes or 1 bike x 4 bikes). The material is durable and there is a rubber zigzag material roll on one side of the strap to keep the bike wheel and frame secure. and prevent damage. The straps are quite long and will fit almost anywhere on the bike and frame section. Velcro is pretty standard and works well, doesn't come loose. All in all, a well thought-out solution to the problem of a bicycle wheel spinning.
