Does the job of heating/boiling liquid quickly
I bought this to heat up milk for a non-professional dairy cafe. Conclusion: I love the pot and it serves its purpose. I downgraded one star as it seems to be wearing slightly and already has a few minor chips of minor use. Note that on a grill oven with an inch or more between each plank, balance can be an issue. because of this pen. Keep this in mind when strategically placing a pot of liquid on the stove. This usually happens with many small banks and this one is not immune to the same consideration.
