Useful tutorial but easy to transfer to the course
This tutorial basically guarantees that you can only bend your right elbow 90 degrees on the backswing. This is good for those of us who tend to bend the right elbow at the top and lose width in the swing. The price was a bit high and I was a bit uncomfortable finding tension on the strap that held it on my arm but didn't over tighten it when rocking. I would buy it again if it was $10 or $15, but not much more.
