This lamp arrived promptly. It was awkward to handle to assemble, and I accidentally dropped the base about two feet onto a carpeted floor. The weight that was glued to the underside of the base popped off and some small edges of the plastic frame (not visible when the lamp is standing on the table) broke off. I re-screwed the weight, and the lamp is stable. The light box component is excellent. I bought this lamp specifically because it has both a health setting and a lower task setting, and I do use both. Previously I had borrowed a friend's older version of this light, which has a sturdier metal base and arm, so I was disappointed by the flimsier plastic that is now provided.
