This product does not match the advertisement. It's described as Android 10 but it's not, it's Pie, that's Android 9. Don't be fooled by cheap Chinese crap. In terms of performance in general, it has strange glitches and is very addictive. I don't understand how the YouTube app can cause a device with "4GB RAM" to stumble all the time, but it did. Netflix on this device wasn't great either. When a video is playing, it cannot be stopped without stopping the entire program. Selecting the titles from Netflix was very difficult as the titles hardly or not at all stood out in the selection. Just to be clear, YouTube and Netflix were the only apps I tried before sending this thing back. I ordered an NVIDIA Shield and am 10,000 percent satisfied with this device. It's absolutely amazing and worth the extra money. You definitely get what you pay for.
