Does not match hardware

Update: After writing this review, I received several emails from the company asking them to change the review if they could give me a gift certificate or new product send. I reported them to Revane who said it was against the guidelines and didn't change my rating. I STILL get emails from the company, a lady named Melody. Please stop texting me. My rating will not change. Sometimes it blocks and sometimes it doesn't do anything. For a front door security device, that's a deal breaker. It was also incredibly difficult to install, requiring several additional holes to be drilled in the door. Now that I'm sending it back, I assume I'll have to fix the door as well. Please work on more reliability guys.
