Worth a Penny Best Door Hardware & Locks

I took the time to install and adjust the lock, probably just over an hour. It comes with instructions, follow them carefully and you will be fine. Pay special attention to the position of the left or right side. When replacing an old lock with a new one, tweaking and tweaking was fairly common. The app was easy to navigate, the ekey part confuses me a bit, I'm sure when I have more time it will be easy to figure it out. I love the auto lock feature as I no longer forget to lock the door…

Not bad for the price of the screws

We only received the lock yesterday and my husband installed it fairly quickly. There was a problem with the door lock. We locked it with a key but it didn't stay locked. The only way to get the key out was to unlock it. We couldn't understand what was going on. It didn't even lock with the app or buttons. My husband turned some of them off and she said that it looks like it has the lock fully engaged. Once he did that, it worked great. Installing the app was very easy. The only downside is…

Does not match hardware

Update: After writing this review, I received several emails from the company asking them to change the review if they could give me a gift certificate or new product send. I reported them to Revane who said it was against the guidelines and didn't change my rating. I STILL get emails from the company, a lady named Melody. Please stop texting me. Niki from customer service is amazing!

The instructions on YouTube were very quick and a bit confusing. The written directions were pretty bad. However, the function of this lock seems wonderful and simple once you install it. Niki was my customer service rep and she was very patient and explained how to get the lock working. She called on a Saturday and it was 4am. Good price, use the install video

As others have said, watch the install video for help. It's very simple and a lot easier than the booklet that comes with it. My only advice though is that it may be obvious to some that the assembly is done internally, but make sure you pre-drill a pilot hole for the mounting screws. If you try to pierce the door with a flat mounting screw, it will snap and you may end up with a block half stuck in the door. (Luckily the woman made one first before I could help her fix it.) Bought on Prime Day. I've wanted smart keyless entry for a long time. This lock looks great and is easy to install. Replaced the bolt on my door. Uses 4 AA batteries. Connects to the phone via Bluetooth. Installed the app on me and my wife's phone. The application needs to think a little to figure out additional options. Very good so far but there are offers

So far I'm happy with this lock. The quality is good, the kit has everything you need, even a drill, nice workmanship, comfortable keyboard, decent app and instructions. Before assembly, pay attention whether the door is left or right, then set the switch to "R" for right and "L" for left is important. Of course, at least check the installation diagrams and information for a smoother installation. I recommend watching a YouTube video after installing the phone app to make sure you're setting up

Support called me back and we fixed everything. Unhappy with the extra $$ for the gateway.

The lock works well, the application requires some work

Installation was easy, follow the instructions and you can't go wrong. The mechanical work was excellent. I have to say my front door was perfectly aligned prior to installation and that was a big factor. The lock is not heavy duty in the sense that it does not force locking or unlocking unless the bolt moves freely in and out when the door is closed. Align the existing mechanical latch before installing the Smart Lock (if equipped). Otherwise, be precise when drilling holes. Now to the TTLOCK…
