I like that it's cloud-based, so there is no hassle of moving files around physically or having to purchase equipment for file storage. The support team also seems very quick in responding back with resolution suggestions - always nice! Sometimes you can get an answer from one person but not others within your group as quickly (sometimes even hours apart). This has been fixed by assigning more people directly instead of waiting until someone comes up next available. We are able to store thousands of medical reports at once without needing physical space.
