The so-called instruction manual is useless

I have the same problem as the first person who asked the question - I can't start or run the program. The instructions are completely useless, as is the diagram. and of course there is no phone number or website to consult. Now I can't remove the lid to drain the water. Very frustrating and gives no guidance on what to do with the problem. For now I would say don't waste your money and save yourself the frustration and hassle. I wouldn't even give one star as I can't get it to work at all!
