Review on Snapper XD Cordless Electric Tools Battery: Briggs & Stratton 82V MAX 2.0 Lithium-Ion by Brian Avila

I purchased an 80 volt Snapper Mower because I wanted power and dependability. I used the mower 5 times and then one of the batteries as well as the charger went dead. Snapper has the worst warranty department I have ever experienced. After following all of their warranty directions I am being told that the charger and battery are on back order and they do not know when I will receive it. In the meantime, still needing a mower I decided to order a charger on line to go with my one working battery. The Briggs and Stratton Charger that came would not power on which is the same problem that i had with the original charger. I requested a replacement for the one that I ordered and the 2nd one showed up not working as well. I have since returned both chargers to Walmart and I have still not gotten my refund. Now all I have is a mower that I can't use. These chargers are crap. Do not buy from them.
