Although I think it's a great product, very durable, beautifully powder coated... the installation process isn't for everyone and you have to improvise a lot. Luckily I had an extra photo of the hanging wire you need because what you get isn't enough. And while others have suggested this, luckily I had some magnets about a quarter in diameter and about a quarter of an inch thick that I glued together, which helped grab the screws after I put them in. Definitely want to drop the spare tire before beginning the process. Even though I knew I wasn't going to have a 15 minute install job, but just a little over 60 minutes on my Ram 1500, I'm super excited that it's installed and I'm ready to go!
