It is easy to search through all of your client's files at once from one location rather than having them scattered across different systems or folders within each system you use (like QuickBooks). The cost can be prohibitively expensive if not used by large companies that have multiple departments using it; however we were only given access after completing an application process which included providing references upon request - so this didn't impact our decision greatly since any prospective customers would likely want more detailed background checks before hiring us! We are solving issues related to budgeting/accountability reporting between groups such as marketing & sales teams vs finance team members who do not always work together closely enough nor often enough due to time differences around the world.
