This was my first manual coffee grinder as I've been making more coffee in a French Press lately. I wanted a manual coffee grinder with a metal grinder. I also wanted it to work well for coarse grinds and this one delivers. I have found that 30 clicks to the left works well for French press brews (see images for 10, 20 and 30 click grinds). The hopper is large enough to hold a full 30g of beans for my 4 cup French Press (see image). I love how easily the handle mechanism snaps into place thanks to the magnet. My only complaint is that the bottom catching o-ring is a bit tight when removing the cup. And ideally the price would be a bit lower as it is an unbranded item.
