Review on ClassicFlame 26-inch 3D Infrared Quartz 🔥 Electric Fireplace Insert Plug and Safer Sensor, Black by Billy Branch

We are very disappointed with this product. The remote didn't work unless we were standing very close to the fireplace and it wasn't putting out enough heat to heat a 500 square foot room, let alone a 100 square foot house, even with the heat on. We had a small fireplace that we bought elsewhere for $79 that warmed the room better than this $480 item. We tried sending it back via Revain but it was not eligible for return, they had to call the company and they sent FedEx to collect it. I really don't know if we just got a defective one, but the heating elements, there are only two, we hardly heat up, even if you want to return the goods, you don't have to go through the company Revain, so far we have Waited 3 days for FedEx to pick it up so we can get a refund.
