My search is over! I was looking for a sharp paring knife that would retain its sharpness for a long time. I need look no further. This paring knife is easy to use, has a perfect length and is definitely VERY sharp. I have a small cut on my thumb to prove it. Peeling everything from apples to pineapples and everything in between is no longer a problem. You will not be disappointed.
