Satisfactory product quality, good price.

What are my options for exchanging this component, and where can I get a replacement?
Why are some people in the comments getting the missing parts shipped to them, while I'm being required to take apart all four chairs, pack them carefully, ship them back to the warehouse, and then wait for a refund? Isn't it simpler for you to just send over one minor point of clarification?

Pros

Gorgeous, everything is excellent, and the seating is quite comfortable.

Cons

One component is off, and while I wait for the problem to be fixed, they have suggested that I send all four chairs back, ask for my money back, and start shopping for new furniture all over again.

Got pros: Decent chairs for the money Different cons: The assembly keys are not strong, so it is better to have your own - they may not be enough until the end of the assembly

Different pros: Comfortable chairs, look stylish in a modern kitchen, are quite easy to assemble, easy to clean. Got cons: Elastic bands on the legs are made to prevent slipping, but on linoleum they prevent the chair from moving when leaving the table. Why do chairs fall over so often?
