I like this notebook! The paper is thick and ideal for markers. It's nice and smooth, very white. A3 is a great size when you want to make a drawing a little larger than A4 or 9x12 inches, which are pretty standard drawing sizes. The cardboard backing is very durable. It doesn't flex even when I'm using it on the couch, which is a lot harder with sketchbooks than sitting at a desk. The perforation is great. It's fairly easy to remove the page with little chance of tearing. It comes with a silicone mat that you place between pages to prevent seepage onto the next page. The paper is so good that it bleeds to the back of a page but never makes it to the next page. That's rather unusual. The carpet feels comfortable, although it is actually not necessary. I use Prismacolor markers with this sketchbook and get great results! . I liked these so I was very happy to find a bigger one. The price is just great, no different than other premium sketchbooks. This is highly recommended for users of markers, especially alcohol markers. It mixes great. Good product! Definitely a thumbs up.
