I should have gone down a size. The markers don't smear on it. It's thinner than expected. on the next page. Markers look nice and bright on it. It says it's for wet environments, but the ink on it isn't very good. I prefer butcher paper (white kitchen paper, glossy on one side) for ink. Colors look brighter.

I first bought a set of Ohuhu alcohol markers and tried using them with this sketchbook I've had for a while. The coloring came crazy. Then I decided to buy this marker because it is special for markers. The results were fantastic. I am new to using alcohol markers but based on my limited experience I highly recommend this! I love this sketchbook! The paper is beautifully smooth and ideal for shading. It's also easy to draw and erase. The ink stays on the other side of the page but doesn't bleed through to the next page, even after multiple layers. If you're layering a lot, they also include a plastic wrap that runs between the pages.
