This is another high quality product from Evogen Nutrition. It gives me a good pump and helps me get those extra 5 reps. I use this in combination with their EVP 3D pre-workout drink. I drink this in the middle of my workout for an extra boost of strength. I also take it 30 minutes before a large meal, especially if I'm going to a restaurant. It helps me with my appetite and digestion. It dissolves well and the taste is actually very good. It's important to note that this is SUPER sweet, especially if you only add it to the recommended 12-16 ounces of water. I think it tastes better and dilutes the sweetness to a good level if I use 36 ounces of water. Another important thing is that when you put it in a sealed bottle and shake it, there's something about it that makes it foam and fizz like it's fizzy. When I first used it I had no idea so it exploded on me when I went for a drink. It was like shaking a lemonade. 😳😬 It was a lot of fun cleaning the gym and myself.
