Some people say the hard plastic top doesn't stick to the rubber bottom. I have always modified my Firesleeves by wrapping them with 1/8" Shock Cord and securing the cord with a cord lock as shown in the photo. You will have no accidents if you do this. I would give the product a 5th rating Giving stars if the material was more durable and the price was lower however I have never had a problem with my bic lighter getting damaged or running out of all butane Firesleeve works as advertised Also I wanted to buy an orange and black model but they weren't in stock for delivery in my area so I settled on an all black model.
