Review on 📼 RCA VR651HF Hi-Fi VCR with 4-Head Technology by Ralph Gerry

I bought this unit to replace a VR637 which broke down and could not be repaired due to missing parts. So far the device works well. I also bought a VR637 as a playback device for my Funai DVR. I hooked it up to a digital video stabilizer and then to Funai and I can rewrite the tapes to DVD-R. But this VR651 is under my TV in my room. I use it to rewind my old videotapes. It also connects to an RF modulator that my DVD player is connected to. My setup is complicated for non-specialists but it works fine for me. I love these VCRs and really wish they were still made. I hate how things are always changing in America. It's unfair to lose old reliable products. But this product is a gem. I commend RCA for making the best VCRs for decades. Nathaniel Wallace Jr.
