Used and passed as new.

Well the machine I got was definitely used before. They did do a very good job cleaning it and passing it as "new" but it was pretty scratched up and it even had some water in it. It also doesn't seem to heat up properly but I do want to give it another chance before I return it. And the instructions book is absolutely hilarious. So many misspelled words and wording that makes absolutely no sense.
