ESP32 Mini worked great. It uses the CH340 USB->UART chip, so I had to download the Win10 driver to make it work with the Arduino IDE. I used Sparkfun's instructions (search "install ch340 sparkfun"). I was able to install it quickly and run it in my applications without any problems. I tested the touchscreen, OLED display, dual-core task switching, and more. Everything worked as expected. The only problem I found is that the pinout pattern doesn't seem right. It swaps GPIO16 and GPIO17. They are correctly labeled on the board. This is a drawing that doesn't appear to be correct.
