I have two problems with this product. First, it makes the camera image appear much larger than it really is. In fact, it's about 1" tall and less than 2" wide including the base and stand. Second, the description says "plug and play". It's anything but plug and play. I plugged it in and expected it to work, but it doesn't. I changed my settings to make it the default camera and microphone. Vain. I'm a computer person and after more than an hour of fiddling around, still no luck. I've tried using it with Zoom, Skype and whatever video software I have. There is no picture at all. The green light on the front comes on, but there is no video and the microphone is not picking up sound. It's junk and I'm sending it back. I really wish it would work like my previous camera, but the video and audio quality isn't that good. Don't waste money on this product.
