I like that it works with all of our fire departments in several states so we can share information without having to keep multiple systems up-to date when changes occur at one organization or another (this was something i had issues doing before).
The user interface could be better - maybe more customization options if you don't want your data saved as an MS Access database? We've found this program very helpful integrating dispatch schedules across many municipalities/departments where there are no common standards about how things should work together!
